Our process stems from relationship, and by taking a focused interest in knowing you and your families, we are able to create a thoughtful season of planning that is tailored to your unique aesthetic, budget, venue, and style. As the weeks tick by and we get to know one another better, we will naturally become better partners (and friends!), but rest assured that even in the earliest days of planning, we take a genuine interest in getting to know you – your story, how you met, what careers you have, what your priorities are – all for the greater good of kicking your planning off to a beautiful start!
Because we listen well, we are able to help you dream up and design a wedding that is perfectly reflective of the two of you and your story, complete with details at every turn and a carefully scripted plan for your day that captures the essence and priorities that are essential to your celebration. Whether you envision a surprise fireworks display, a fully costumed Venetian carnival, or a sixty-foot table encompassed by chandeliers, we start fresh at the drawing board with each client and then add in the creative spark and the logistical know-how (and often a good dose of elbow grease!) to turn the vision into reality.
The strength of our vendor relationships runs deep. As we always say, it takes a village to plan a wedding, and by knowing our “villagers” well, we are able to uniquely pair each couple with vendors that suit their preferences and priorities. From caterers to valets, photographers to make-up artists, paper designers to upholsterers, we have extensive rosters of the best in each field, and we count it a privilege to match our clients with vendors who deliver incomparable excellence – and often end up becoming friends!
When your wedding day finally (finally!) crests on the calendar, you arrive at your wedding day surrounded by a team of professionals who have the singular goal of delivering the wedding of your dreams. Our event team will of course include the folks who will direct your rehearsal, steam your bridesmaids’ dresses, greet your shuttles, tell your parents when to be ready for photos, send you down the aisle, and ultimately, tuck you in your get-away car at the end of the night, but we will also have many, many other sets of hands who work tirelessly the week of your wedding and of course on the day itself. The crowning result is a wedding that flows as beautifully as it is photographed, that has a natural and organic cadence, and is peppered throughout with meaningful details that make it yours…and that is something worth celebrating.
